Your story can be reflective, honest, or encouraging—whatever fits the theme and feels true to you. Your lived experience is the only prerequisite. If you want to mention your work or services, that belongs in your bio or in an add-on, not in the chapter itself.

You’ll have 1,300 words for your chapter and up to 200 words for your bio.

Yes. Many authors join our collaboration books as their first publishing experience. The process is straightforward: you submit your chapter, we handle the production and launch, and you retain ownership of your work.

You don’t need to write a whole book—just one focused story. Most contributors finish their piece in a couple of sittings once they know the moment they want to share. Short works well here. A clear, meaningful story often lands stronger than something long or stretched out. The word count guidelines will help you shape it quickly and stay on track.

"What if I’ve been published by a different publisher before?"
That’s completely fine. Your past publishing experience doesn’t affect your ability to join. The only requirement is that your chapter for this book is new and unpublished. You keep full ownership of your story, and you’re free to use it anywhere else later—another book, your website, or future projects. This collaboration is simply another place for your voice to be heard.​​
