This interview is not a critique of your writing. It is a mutual evaluation of fit between your working style and our structured Flex Publishing process. We look for authors whose book type aligns with what we publish and who are comfortable following a clear, step-by-step system. ​

 

Because we take on only a limited number of solo publishing projects each year, this conversation helps ensure a healthy, collaborative match. ​

 

Once you apply and schedule your interview, we’ll review your submission to confirm alignment before the call.

STEP 1:

Start Your Application

Choose your interview time, complete a short application, and submit your $200 interview fee. We review every application before the interview. If we’re not aligned, we’ll cancel the interview and issue a full refund. If you don’t hear otherwise, your interview is confirmed.

The $200 interview fee secures your Flex publishing interview. If you decide to move forward, this amount is applied as a credit toward your Flex package when purchased within 14 days of your interview. If you decide not to proceed, the fee is refunded within 10 business days.

Join Your 45-minute Zoom Interview

In this 45-minute call we start with a brief overview of your book, then focus on whether our structured Flex Publishing model is the right fit for how you like to work. This is not a consult or advice session. It's a fit conversation to confirm alignment before you decide to move forward. If we're a strong match, you'll have the option to move forward at the end of the interview. If you don’t make a decision on the call, you may receive a personal, time-limited purchase option following the interview.
