We aim to respond promptly to all emails related to our publishing services during our office hours (12pm-5pm, Monday to Friday) or within 24 hours of receiving them. Please note that we do not conduct phone calls or respond to solicitation emails and employment inquiries. However, we are happy to assist students with school projects such as informational interviews at no charge.

VIRTUAL MEETING
If you prefer a face-to-face interaction, we also offer a virtual consultation via Zoom meetings. These consultations are priced at $65 for a 60-minute session, which will be discounted from your publishing package purchase should you choose to publish a solo book with us. Virtual meetings can cover discussions about your book, our services, or provide education about the publishing industry and help you determine the best course for your book, even if it's not with us.
